• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a relevant law enforcement authority.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.

• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to dormant account procedures.

Voluntary Account Closure
